Art & Astrology: February 16th, 2024 – Part 1

The First Quarter Moon in Taurus at 7:01am PST is followed by Venus’ ingress into Aquarius at 8:05am. Our emotional and bodily needs may be at odds with our conscious goals and the demands of society around us now. With Taurus’ ruler Venus shifting from an earth sign to an air sign, our social leanings are more group-oriented and less pragmatic, more experimental and ready to push the envelope. The exalted Taurus Moon still manages to keep our instincts grounded, but Venus in Aquarius may make us inclined to be a bit dissociative, friendly in theory, but more inclined to keep others at arms-length.
