Astro Weather: August 27th, 2023

Sun in Virgo opposes Saturn retrograde in Pisces at 1:28am PDT, followed by Mars’ Libra ingress at 6:20am.

Sun/Saturn transits can increase the sense that luck and fate are against us, as we become more aware of the obstacles in our path and our own limitations in facing them. We may have to take a time-out from forward progress now in order to assess our options. This transit favors getting grindy, tedious work done to lay the foundations for bolder moves to be made once our spirits are feeling a little less crushed.

Meanwhile, Mars’ Libra ingress reminds us of the need to include other people in our plans if we want to make any real progress once the Saturnine gloom-and-doom lets up. Mars in Libra can be a skillful negotiator, and helps us get what we want by weighing the pros and cons for all concerned.
