The New Moon in Virgo at 6:40pm PDT feels like a turning point, bringing renewal after a subdued beginning to the week, as Virgo’s ruler Mercury slows to a standstill from our point of view, in preparation to station direct tomorrow.

This rational New Moon is at the tail of a kite configuration, ready to fly in pursuit of our dreams with Neptune in Pisces at the apex, and for once we have real-world impetus to do so, as our motivation gets powered up by a trine from the New Moon to liberator Uranus in Taurus, boosted by the transformative power of another trine with Pluto in Capricorn.

This Grand Earth Trine offers a chance to reconfigure our reality in a big way that is actually attuned to our spiritual needs as well as our material needs, recognizing how our habits need to be adjusted to accommodate this new vision for our existence.
