New Astrology Video (or 2) and Divinatory Art!
What’s Happening
It’s been a very busy couple of weeks for me, so I’m just getting around to posting my latest astrology video and divinatory art here now. I’ve been reading Tarot at multiple live events here in Washington state, and when the analog world gets busy my digital life gets quiet. Plus, much of this past week has had me without Internet while on the road. But I’m back home for the moment and there is a lot to share, so let’s get started!
Astrology Video: New Moon Forecast Libra 2025
Today’s New Moon at 28° Libra brings extra emphasis to the kind of finishing up that facilitates fresh starts. This New Moon is at the apex of a Yod from Uranus/Sedna in Gemini sextile Neptune/Borasisi-Pabu in Aries, all of them retrograde. In the late degrees of Libra, the Sun and Moon are finishing up the last of our conscious and unconscious business in social matters. That sets the stage for this Lunar cycle and the Sun’s Scorpio ingress tomorrow.
Uranus and Neptune are both at 0 degrees of their respective signs as they separate from their TNO companions. Thus, they are preparing to re-enter Taurus and Pisces, with Neptune’s re-entry into Aries happening on the same day as the Scorpio ingress. Together, Uranus and Neptune are emphasizing active imagination and impetus to change. However, there is also a strong potential for confusion and disruption along the way. Thankfully, Sedna brings overtones of moving out of victimization into power. Meanwhile, Borasisi-Pabu invites us to reconsider the lies that we choose to believe in order to stay comfortable.
All of that is happening against the backdrop of this past Sunday’s Mercury/Mars conjunction in Scorpio. Both of those planets are applying to conjunctions with Natural Black Moon Lilith in Scorpio and trines with Jupiter in Cancer and the North Node/Saturn in Pisces. That combination is ramping up the ongoing Grand Water Trine to put our minds and willpower to (emotional) work.

New Divinatory Drawing: Venus Opposite Saturn – October 2025
Venus in Virgo opposed Saturn retrograde in Pisces on Saturn’s day (Saturday), October 11th, just a couple of days before Venus’ ingress into her home sign of Libra. Here is the drawing I did for that transit, which I discussed the symbolism of in this public post on Patreon.
Another Astrology Video: Pluto Stations Direct
This one got lost in the shuffle at the time that I did it. However, it still has useful material for those wishing to understand this month’s astrological weather.
Monday, October 13th featured a potent cluster of transits. Venus entered her home sign of Libra to immediately form a Kite configuration with the ongoing Minor Grand Trine of outer planets. That started with Venus opposing Neptune in Aries while Pluto stationed direct in Aquarius. The next day perfected Venus’ Grand Air Trine with Uranus/Sedna in Gemini and Pluto in Aquarius, forming the body of the Kite.
Our values and our ability to connect with others have been transformed by the intense generational forces around us. Those forces are represented by the outer planets currently all working together in the Minor Grand Trine and Kite to encourage change on a global scale. In the midst of Venus’ turn steering the Kite, the Pluto station turned up the volume on our relationship with power and the cycles of transformation. Fellow astrologer Liz Muschett invited me back onto her show The Astrology Star Sisters to talk about it all.
