What’s Happening
Venus is currently conjoining the North Node and the goddess asteroid Pallas in Pisces. This triple conjunction asks that we lean into our intuitive wisdom and feeling in matters of love and destiny.
As I write this, we are heading into a Solar Eclipse in Aquarius square Uranus in Venus-ruled Taurus, a recipe for seismic shake-ups in consensus reality, leading to increased awareness of all that is challenging our values and disrupting our comfort. The gentleness and compassion of Venus in the sign of her exaltation is a reminder to give ourselves and others some grace during our personal and collective struggles, as we gain karmic insights from Pallas at the Dragon’s Head.

This Month’s Astrology and Tarot Video
The Solar Eclipse on February 17th is followed by the Sun’s ingress into emotionally sensitive Pisces on February 18th. Fellow astrologer Liz Muschett has once again brought Joy Vernon and myself back onto her show “The Astrology Star Sisters” to talk about the astrological weather through the lens of Tarot, with a focus on the Pisces ingress and these surrounding transits.
During this episode we take an in-depth look at the Pisces stellium accompanying this ingress, including some Tarot cards associated with the planets and aspects involved. As usual, Joy and I do side-by-side interpretations of the Tarot cards from the Rider-Waite-Smith deck and the Thoth deck.
This gives Tarot students and enthusiasts a chance to compare and contrast these two iconic decks, while learning about the cards that correspond to the current astrological weather. And of course we draw cards to give a little extra information about how to handle the complexity of our current times.An
