Today’s Astro Weather – August 18th, 2021

Mercury in Virgo conjoins Mars today @ 8:28pm PDT. As the ruler of Virgo, Mercury is in the driver’s seat here, and Mars is itching to hit the road! This alignment puts our brains and our brawn together, ready to get Every. Little. Thing. Done! It’s possible that some hypercritical bitchiness may come along for the ride, since Mercury and Mars together are known for being mouthy, especially since the time of the exact transit also sees a tight Grand Earth Trine with the Moon in Capricorn and Uranus in Taurus, and Moon/Uranus transits can produce some emotional volatility. Still, Grand Earth Trines tend to be the epitome of stability and practicality, so this time can also produce amazing damn-THERE’S-that-silver-lining-in-the-setback moments, allowing us to pivot and make the most of surprises if we focus on drinking the tea instead of serving it. 😉
