Today’s Astro Weather: August 22nd, 2022

Mercury in Virgo trines Pluto in Capricorn at 2:58pm PDT, followed by the Sun entering Virgo at 8:16pm. Our cognitive capabilities and problem-solving skills get a boost today, and if we choose to we may see what lies beneath the surface of our practical lives now, including the material underpinnings of our social hierarchies and how to navigate them.

We may gain new insight into our habits now, and how they are shaped by subconscious drives. This is a learning and growth-oriented transit, and the power-up offered by Pluto to Virgo’s ruler seems like a potent way to launch us into Virgo season.
