Yes, I’ve been busy!

The Sun’s ingress into Sagittarius comes on the heels of a potent New Moon in Scorpio conjoining Mercury’s retrograde cazimi and Natural Black Moon Lilith within the ongoing Grand Water Trine with Jupiter in Cancer and Saturn/Neptune in Pisces.

As a result, this week’s New Moon within the Grand Water Trine has in turn fueled our actions through a Thor’s Hammer from Jupiter in the Moon’s sign of Cancer square Chiron/Eris in Mars-ruled Aries, pointing to Mars in Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius.

While I haven’t been posting here for a little while, I’ve got two new videos talking about these transits as a result of that time away, with artwork based in the transits to help give some visual keys to understanding the archetypes we are currently working with.

The New Moon in Scorpio and the Lunation That Follows

For the first video, my friend and fellow astrologer Liz Muschett has once again brought me back onto her show The Astrology Star Sisters to discuss the New Moon in Scorpio with the Mercury cazimi, accompanied by Kite and Cradle configurations. This lunation is calling on us to deepen our emotional connections and broaden our perspective, knowing that our process of integration and transformation is being supported by the cosmos.

Making Faith Visible

That New Moon in Scorpio came on the heels of the Sun’s entry into the Grand Water trine via a trine to Jupiter that was the focus of my latest divinatory drawing. More information about this transit and this artwork is available in this public post on Patreon.

Another Video – Astrology & Tarot: Sagittarius Season 2025

Liz Muschett has once again brought Joy Vernon and myself back onto her show “The Astrology Star Sisters” to talk about the astrological weather through the lens of Tarot, with a focus on the Sagittarius ingress.

During this episode we take an in-depth look at the Grand Water Trine, Kites, and Cradle configurations accompanying this ingress, including some Tarot cards associated with the planets and aspects involved in these configurations. As usual, Joy and I do side-by-side interpretations of the Tarot cards from the Rider-Waite-Smith deck and the Thoth deck.

This gives Tarot students and enthusiasts a chance to compare and contrast these two iconic decks, while learning about the cards that correspond to the current astrological weather. Plus, we each draw cards for what to do with the energy of this Sagittarius season, as it broadens our awareness and fuels our drive to investigate our deepest motivations and feelings. That sets the stage for Venus to enter the Grand Water Trine next week, bringing passion and intensity to our relationships and pleasures as Saturn and Mercury station direct and help shift our focus out of retrospective and into forward motion.

Reconsidering Beliefs and Feelings
