Today’s Astro Weather: November 6th, 2021

Yesterday saw Mercury’s ingress into Scorpio and Venus’ ingress into Capricorn, and today their sextile becomes exact at 8:59am PDT, forming a Yod with the North Node in Gemini at the apex. Social connections may feel more fateful today, and our conversations more consequential. Mercury’s sojourn through Scorpio can lead us to greater introspection, while Venus in Capricorn can encourage us to see the beauty in practicality, and to recognize which relationships are cut out for the long haul and which are not. We may find ourselves pushed into social situations for pragmatic reasons or to fulfill a deeper emotional need, but since both Scorpio and Capricorn are signs of a Yin temperament, the magnetism of quiet presence holds sway today, and frivolous conversations won’t seem nearly as attractive as those which go straight for the heart of whatever matter fuels our most burning needs and deepest desires.
