Today’s Astro Weather: March 18th, 2022

Today sees a Full Moon in Virgo at 0:18 am PDT, followed by Venus in Aquarius sextile Chiron in Aries at 9:24am, and then the Sun in Pisces sextile Pluto in Capricorn at 12:37pm. That last means that the Full Moon trines Pluto, so this is a powerful one, made even more so by the Moon being the apex of a Thor’s Hammer configuration, with a base formed by Venus’ square to Uranus in Taurus (perfecting tomorrow). We may feel simultaneously electrified and haunted, and perhaps a bit out of control, which is a Virgo Moon’s least favorite place to be.

It pays to watch what we eat today, as a Virgo Moon can result in sensitive stomachs. This Full Moon may remind us of all of the stresses that we expect our bodies to bear without complaint, now overflowing and threatening to turn into health problems (real or imagined) if we don’t ease back a bit. But this is not a time for micro-managing every detail of our lives, either – that way lies anxiety and overwhelm. Instead, we have the opportunity now to tend to the most crucial details without losing sight of the big picture, to hold onto our dreams and imaginations while addressing the real-world concerns tempt us to pick them apart.
