Today’s Astro Weather: April 17th, 2022

Mercury in Taurus sextiles Venus in Pisces at 6:09pm PDT, then conjoins Uranus in Taurus at 9:51pm. Whether you’re in the mood for it or not, you may find yourself playing Zeppo to the planetary Marx Brothers now. If today has felt like the Universe has been exercising its weirdest sense of humor with no restraint, welcome to the cosmic slapstick routine that is Mercury (the trickster) in cahoots with Uranus (surprises!).

I wish I could say the sextile with Venus tempers the weirdness, but sextiles tend to require that we actively make an effort to notice them and use their gifts, and in this case, I think the only help Venus has to offer are some giggles with the weirdness… Which is fine if you want to let your hair down and laugh too. But if you get the urge to do anything uncharacteristically outlandish with your personal appearance today, at least try to refrain from making it permanent.
