Today’s Astro Weather: August 7th, 2022

Venus in Cancer trines Neptune in Pisces at 9:43am PDT, offering some rose-coloured glasses with which to soften the blow that follows by a square from Mars in Taurus to Saturn in Aquarius at 12:57pm. Reality hits hard today, but creativity and compassion may help us find our way through it, should we choose to colour our vision so.

That Venus/Neptune trine is doing its best to help us keep the faith as the two malefics Mars and Saturn are at loggerheads with each other, with Mars trying everything it can to get things moving and Saturn eternally saying “NO.” Venus rules Taurus, so Mars has some back-up to soothe our frustrations, but a domiciled Saturn will always have the last word. Today is about cultivating patience with our frustrations, and helping each other to endure our hardships with kindness and grace, however tempted we might be to lash out.
