Astro Weather: August 3rd, 2023

Jupiter in Taurus squares True Black Moon Lilith in Leo at 8:26am PDT. This can put us at odds with legal, religious, or other authority figures, as they are not prepared to hear our truth, especially in the passionate tone we may currently be delivering it with.

Since Jupiter rules Saturn in Pisces, it may help us to emphasize our sense of responsibility, but with Mercury in Virgo still separating from Tuesday’s opposition to Saturn, we may be hard-pressed to communicate that effectively. Also, Mars in Mercury-ruled Virgo is still at the apex of a Thor’s Hammer from Pluto’s ongoing square to the North Node, so we may be feeling a lot of pressure to act and our tempers may be reacting compulsively as a result.

Still, Lilith in Leo has the capacity to recognize when others can’t handle our authentic selves, so we can afford to be generous of spirit and measure our response accordingly. Whether we feel inclined to is another matter. Sometimes the powers-that-be need to hear uncomfortable truths. Just be prepared for the possibility of an unpleasant outcome if facing down someone with the power to make life difficult.
