Astro Weather: August 24th, 2023 (Part 2)

Mars in Virgo trines Pluto retrograde in Capricorn at 5:23pm PDT offering the drive and control necessary to make real changes in our habits surrounding our material resources and our health. Of course, even good things can be done to excess, so now it is important to use our power judiciously, rather than driving ourselves into burnout.

This transit is excellent for tactical actions taken in service to the greater good. But as part of the ongoing Grand Earth Trine with Uranus in Taurus, it pays to be mindful that this closed circuit of malefic planets can also suggest a perfect storm of frustration and agitation if we are being unconscious and reactive. Especially with Mars in Virgo conjoining with Mercury retrograde, it pays to be cautious on the road today, as well as in places where misunderstandings can lead to dangerous trouble, because especially with Mars in the mix we can feel revved up and impulsive.
